90 minute taster sessions

Suitable for anyone with an interest in mindfulness to experience some practices and learn the basics of the theory and background. Helpful to gauge interest before booking an 8-week course.

Drop-in Lunchtime Sessions

30 minute mindfulness sessions in the workplace for employees to recharge during their lunch break. Suitable for beginners and those with  experience.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The original, evidence-based 8-week course devised in the US by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

“Peace in a Frantic World” Course

An 8-week course developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, based on the bestselling book Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World, by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. This course is designed for the general population and is delivered in shorter sessions. It has been taught in corporate settings and to MPs and Peers in the Houses of Parliament.
